Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we adore children and appreciate the desire to involve the whole family in our celebration, we must prioritize the safety and well-being of all our guests. Due to the venue's layout, which includes hills and a nearby lake, we have decided that it's best not to have children under the age of 12 in attendance. However, we understand that there may be exceptions, particularly for nursing infants and babies who are not yet walking. We warmly welcome nursing infants and pre-walking babies to join us for the festivities. If you have any questions or concerns about whether your child falls within the exception, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly. We want to ensure that everyone can enjoy our special day in a safe and comfortable environment. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to celebrating with you!

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Due to the venue's restricted roads and its faraway location, parking at the vineyard itself is limited and not recommended. Please ensure you arrange for either an Uber, Lyft or Taxi to pick you up and drop you off at the wedding venue. Please arrive at the venue by 3:00 p.m.

How do I get to the venue if parking isn't available?

We understand the importance of accessibility, which is why we've asked our guest to secure either an Uber, Lyft or Taxi to and from the wedding venue. This will also allow the guests who want to celebrate with us and partake in a champagne toast, to travel to and form the venue safely. We are grateful to our guests in advance and encourage our guests to split an Uber, Lyft or Taxi in order to lower the cost of their travel. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.

Do I need to confirm my transportation arrangements with the bride and groom ahead of time?

Answer

We highly recommend confirming your travel arrangements to the venue prior to the date of the wedding. And to give the bride and groom peace of mind, we encourage you to let them and/or the wedding coordinator know your travel arrangements to and from the wedding venue.

Are there any Uber or ride vouchers guests can use as there is no onsite parking?

Answer

Yes, we have limited Uber Vouchers to help cover the cost of an Uber should you chose to take an Uber instead of Lyft or a Taxi. We hope this helps eliminate the cost for most of you as there will be no shuttle and no on site parking. Again, we also encourage our guests to carpool/share an uber/lyft or taxi with each other as much as possible to reduce traffic and cost. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 p.m. so its vital that you arrive on time and well before 4:00 p.m. But don't worry, we will have some great time to mingle prior to the ceremony. The wedding party is excited to greet and socialize with you!

We will also be having a "Happily Ever After Party" in Rancho Cucamonga on May 18th. Our beloved friend Maya, will be organizing this event. Are the hotels blocked located at/on the wedding venue?

Answer

No. The hotels blocked are about a 15 minute drive from the venue. The wedding ceremony and reception will be held at Airola Road Vineyards. As previously stated we will likely have a shuttle that will pick up our guests from specific spots near the hotels we blocked, and from there our guests will be taken to the wedding venue.

The happily ever after party is a celebration of the newlyweds that will be held after the wedding.
