When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Its important for us to have all RSVP's by Sept 1st 2023. This can be done by RSVPing directly on this webpage! :)
Question
Is there a dress code?
Answer
Semi Formal/ Dressy Casual. The barn is concrete however there are areas of the ranch that is packed dirt/pebbles so ladies will be more comfortable in wedges, chunk heels, or even cowgirl boots! :) Stiletto heels are not advised.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Geyserville has a few cute AirBnB's in the area and is less than 8 miles from the Ranch. Heldsburg is also about 12 miles from the Ranch and has many boutique hotels and B&B's. *The Geyserville Inn (8.1 miles from Ranch) has been blocked for this wedding. There are 42 rooms available and we are guaranteed a special rate. You must book with hotel directly over the phone (707) 857-4343 ex 1 Ask to book under "deGrassi-Cardinell Wedding Room Block" This hotel requires a 2 night minimum however, but its centrally located to many wineries. *Best Western Dry Creek in Heldsburg is another great option (and should allow a single night option) *20 minutes north ( about 10 miles) Is Cloverdale -- Pinchower Inn and Super 8 are good options.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! There is plenty of parking by the Ranch. (And should you decide to drive to the venue but want to utilize the shuttle after, cars will allowed and safe to be parked overnight)

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
There will be one shuttle available. Current scheduled charter will leave from **Geyserville Inn -- Departure time: Starting at 3:30pm and running every 40 mins

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We love kids but we are requesting you treat yourself to a fun adults weekend away:) Line up a babysitter and have a fun date night eating, drinking and dancing the night away! :)

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Please let us know if you have any special dietary restrictions/ allergies. (we already kind of know the people we need to account for:) We will having passed appetizers and a family style dinner but our caterers are happy to accommodate food allergies with a helpful heads up!

What kind of weather can we anticipate? How much of the wedding is outdoors/indoors?
Answer
We will keep updating this section on weather but historically the average weather in Oct is high of 80'F and low of 52'F. The ceremony and dinner will be outside and the bar and dancing will be inside the barn. There will be heat lamps and fire pits but light jackets are encouraged.

See the Marryoke section for more details but we will be working together to create an epic music video to help capture our special day with all our most important people. Try and have fun with it... you will only need to lip sync one line and you will be directed by our videographer.
