The venue is outdoors so dress appropriately, it's Florida so it will be warm. Ladies think about date nice, nice cocktail dress, jumpsuits, chic and classy. Gentlemen think buttondown, tailored suits and dress pants.

We have planned ahead and booked a hotel block for our out of town guest. Please review the travel page for the details of how to book. Your are able to book at of September 2023. There are many other amazing hotels and places to stay. If you need additional help please reach out to us directly and we can show you the way.

Please arrive 30 minutes early. This will allow you time to settle in find a seat and meet some of the guests. Please be respectful as we are on a schedule and do not want to disrupt the ceremony.
We will offer some light nibble during cocktail hour. As well as a buffet at dinner and cake for afters. You will not leave hungry.
The best thing about a buffet... Options. We will have something there for you. No need to worry. If you have serious allergy please let me know asap and we can try to accommodate but we can't make promises.
No. All alcohol must be service by our licensed bartenders. We are providing you with an open bar with beer, wine, spirits and soft drinks, no need to bring cash.
Please allow the videographer and photographer to do their jobs during the ceremony. The last thing we want is a big box in front of your smiling faces. Phones out and get snap happy during the dinner and reception. We will also have a shared box we can all send them to so you can have access to everyone's photos. Here is the link...
We will be wrapping up early at 9.30 pm. If you would like to continue to celebrate with us we will be taking a shuttle to a rooftop in downtown Tampa and you are more than welcome to join.
There is parking at the front of the venue. If you leave your car is needs to be picked up the next day by 8am. We suggest you Uber. We will also arrange a shuttle from the main guest hotel which can be a meeting point should you not be staying there and want a ride.
If you are allowed a plus one we would tell you. We will need that person's name 4 months prior to the wedding. We have a very strict headcount and no unapproved guest will be allowed on the premises. We love you guys and gals and this is a very special day that we want to share with people we care about. No randoms!
