When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Seating opens at 4:00PM, and the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30PM.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The venue is combined indoor/outdoor. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors and the reception will be held indoors.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Formal attire. Remember that it will be the beginning of September and the weather will most likely be warm and breezy. Additionally, a decent portion of the day will take place outside (weather permitting) so choose your shoes accordingly.

Can I bring a date?

We have carefully planned our day around celebrating with only our closest family and friends; thus, only guests who are named on the invitation are able to attend and we are not in the position to allow plus-ones. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we are keeping our wedding an adults-only celebration. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Do I need transportation between wedding events?

Answer

No transportation is needed, as the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and hotel are all located at the same venue.

What is there to do in Loudonville?

Answer

Landoll’s Mohican Castle sits right next to Mohican State Park, with great opportunities for hiking, canoeing, and exploring the outdoors. While the peak of the Perseids Meteor Shower and firefly season both occur earlier in the summer, you might spot an occasional shooting star or a lingering firefly in the wooded areas if conditions are right!
