When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We kindly ask that all guests RSVP by April 30, 2026, so we can finalize rooming and logistics.

What should I wear?
Answer
Tuesday: Laid-back and outdoorsy. Comfortable summer clothes, sun protection, and a swimsuit if you’d like to take a dip. We’ll be outside most of the day, with a bonfire at night - layers recommended. Yoga-friendly attire welcome if you plan to join. Wedding day: Polished and festive, but comfort matters. We’ll be on grass, the ceremony and dinner will be outside (fingers crossed!), and there will be plenty of dancing - happy feet encouraged. Sighișoara day trip: A day for exploring - comfortable shoes, sun protection, and a light layer for evening. Karaoke night: Funky, playful, and outlandish attire enthusiastically welcome. Sequins, bold looks, retro vibes - this is the night to go all in.

What if I can’t attend the full week?
Answer
That’s absolutely fine. We’ve planned a multi-day celebration, but the wedding day is the one event we hope everyone can attend. Please let us know your plans when you RSVP.

Which meals and activities are hosted?
Answer
All scheduled activities are hosted by us, including transportation for off-site events such as the day trip to Sighișoara. Meals are also hosted throughout the week, with the exception of meals during the Sighișoara day trip and lunch on the wedding day, which guests may purchase on their own. Please note that on the wedding day, the on-site kitchen will close at 2:00 PM to prepare for the evening celebration. Guests who wish to purchase lunch that day should plan to do so earlier.

Are events optional?
Answer
Yes. All activities outside the wedding day are optional - please feel free to relax, explore, or RSVP to as many (or as few) events as you’d like.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Absolutely. Please let us know about any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP to each meal you plan to attend. This helps us share accurate information with the venue and ensure everyone is taken care of.

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
Transportation will be provided for the day trip to Sighișoara. Group transportation from nearby airports can be arranged if needed; otherwise, rental cars are available.
