Wondering about the details? Here are a few helpful answers to the questions to some commonly asked questions. We hope this makes planning easy and stress‑free.
Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is formal wear / long cocktail dresses. We’d love for guests to choose attire that’s midi‑length or longer to complement the style of our event. Please refrain from wearing all shades of white.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is an on-site lot that has 40 spaces dedicated to our event. There is also street parking, but it will be first come first serve with meter parking in Downtown area of Tucson, AZ. Using ride share services like Uber and Lyft is recommended.

Will it be too hot for outdoors?

Answer

We know Arizona in September can get a little warm, but there will be a couple spaces inside with A/C and then we will have fans and misters provided throughout the space during the event.

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding will be mostly held outdoors but there are a couple inside small spaces for pre ceremony and guest arrivals.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to venue and planning limitations, we can only accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If a plus‑one or children were included, it will appear on your envelope and RSVP.

Can I take photos/ videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away during the ceremony. We want everyone to be fully present with us in this moment. Our photographer will capture everything and there will be plenty of other photo opportunities throughout the night.

Where can I find your registry?

Answer

Our registry is linked directly through the “Registry” tab on our wedding website. There, you’ll find a selection of gift options as well as our honeymoon cash fund for those who prefer to contribute to experiences and memories.

Can I ship gifts to you?

Answer

Yes! All registry items can be shipped directly to our home address, which is automatically connected through our registry links for convenience. There will also be an option to bring gifts or cards to the wedding or the bridal shower. Whatever is easiest for you is truly appreciated.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

We will be serving a set buffet‑style dinner with a selection of dishes as well as a late night bite. If you have any major allergy restrictions please let us know as soon as possible to notify our caterers due to having a deadline to finalize our menu.

Should I bring cash?

Answer

Cash can be helpful for tipping the bartenders for our open bar and we are also doing a send-away dance at the end of the night. Participating is completely optional, and we’re so grateful just to have you celebrating with us!

Can I update my RSVP after submitting?

Answer

If you need to make a change after submitting your RSVP, please reach out as soon as possible so we can accommodate and update our final count for our venue.

Do you have a room block or hotel recommendations?

Answer

We do not have a formal room block, but we recommend staying near downtown Tucson for convenience to the venue, dining, and local attractions. A few recommended hotels are listed on our website under the "Schedule" tab.
