Officiant/Mother of the Groom
Lisa is Mike's mother and the rock of the Holleron family. No matter how busy she is (which is always), she will stop what she is doing to help someone in need without judgement. She puts 100% into whatever she does and always puts other's needs before herself. But when when she does have down time, you can catch her in the kitchen cooking up something amazing, from homemade cinnamon rolls to a full prime rib dinner. She also loves to snuggle in comfy chair with new sidekick Jack the cat. Her strength, and the love she puts forward in her relationships is awe inspiring and something that Mike and Elizabeth look up to. Lisa has always been one of our biggest advocates as a couple and we could not think of a better person to marry us. We love you Lisa!
Michael Holleron Sr.
Father of the Groom
Michael is not only Mike's Dad but also his best friend. This banjo playing, whiskey drinking man has made it all this way from the edge of death (a few times - ask him about the time Mike almost shot him) and is the man to thank for Mike's musical taste of bluegrass and all things Grateful Dead. When not provoking Mike to rant on an array of subjects, you can count on him to mutter some of the best jokes (if you can hear them) and keeping things light hearted and fun. He is also an amazing carpenter and an amazing dog dad to Zoe and Jesse. His kind spirit, willingness to always wear his emotions on his sleeve and witty sense of humor are some of the things Mike and Elizabeth love most about Michael and we could not be more grateful to have him in our lives and as part of our big day.
Marsha Largent
Mother of the Bride
Marsha, AKA "Mike" is Elizabeth's mother and best friend. She is one of the most kind, selfless and nonjudgement people you will ever meet. She makes friends wherever she goes (sometimes to teenage Elizabeth's embarrassment) and is always the one making sure everyone is having a good time. She is deeply caring and we have never found an animal that isn't just obsessed with her which says a lot. Marsha is always a rock for Elizabeth and Mike, even when they are screaming at each other in LA traffic about to miss a flight to Hawaii (sorry about that Marsha, really). And if she isn't busy making friends at the wedding, you can catch her on the dance floor busting a move, making sure to ask her about her signature shopping cart move. We love you Marsha!!
Ted Largent
Father of the Bride
Theo is Elizabeth's father but also her personal hero and sounding board. He is an extremely hard worker who always puts his family first, but finally has retirement right around the corner and we could not be more excited! Elizabeth's love of travel stems from road trips all over the US with her Dad and his never ending love and encouragement to "do anything you set your mind to" is why Elizabeth is where she is today and she could not be more thankful. When not shelling out life advice, you can catch Ted on the golf course or being the life of any party, always being the last to leave. He has an infectious personality that always finds a way to convince you to not take life too seriously and always keep moving forward. Without him, our lives would not be the same, we love you Ted!
Paige Diesner
Maid of Honor
Elizabeth and Paige have been best friends since her family moved in across the street in 5th grade! They used to trade mix CDs and now they trade turns visiting each other across the country since Paige lives in Chicago. Paige is now a Physicians Assistant who works in Oncology, a true hero in our book.
Shawn Largent
Best Man
Elizabeth's brother and Mike's best friend. Without him, we wouldn't be here!! Mike and Shawn became friends living together in the Phi Sigma Kappa fraternity house at Pittsburg State University. They spent countless hours driving the backroads of the four state area trying to find the most interesting, gold-star roads in his Nissan Frontier. He is also a wonderful father to our niece Kennedy.
Erin Hauser
Bridesmaid
Elizabeth and Erin have been best friends since the 4th grade! They played sports together throughout middle school and high school and loved a good movie night sleepover. Erin is now an Assistant Principal in the same area as where we grew up! Those kids are so lucky to have her!!
Edwin Fluevog
Groomsman
Edwin and Mike became friends throughout their time at Lansing High School. However, they have actually known each other much longer than that. Edwin played on the same soccer team as Mike all the way back in elementary school. Edwin's parents were also a big part of Mike's life growing up and offered him a home away from home.
Bethany Largent
Bridesmaid
Bethany is the saint who puts up with Shawn! How she always remains calm, cool and collected in any situation is beyond us. Elizabeth actually met Bethany and Mike on the same night while visiting her brother in Pittsburg. We are so lucky to have her as part of our family and is the most wonderful mother to our niece Kennedy!!
Steve Edwards
Groomsman
Steve and Mike met through their fraternity. After that, they spent day after day at either Mike or Steve's apartment hanging out, watching Netflix, and going out. The biggest fight they ever got into was when Mike came back from the bar and slapped Steve's Kid Cuisine brownie out of his hand. Steve being the same size as Mike really helped when they would all cram into the Nissan Frontier to drive nowhere for hours.
Katie Holleron
Bridesmaid
Katie is Mike's younger sister and Elizabeth could not be more excited to gain her as a sister! She is not only beautiful inside and out, but she is also an incredible artist and singer. Check out out her Instagram and Etsy @bigskyburningco for some amazing wood burning art!!
Jake Thacker
Groomsman
Jake and Mike met through his sister Kate. Mike constantly talks about using Jake's geologic knowledge (he's got a PhD you know) whenever we pass any formation or mountain (and out west that is quite a lot). Jake even listens to crazy things Mike has read on the internet and provides the scientific backing as to why it mostly is just a Reddit conspiracy.
Ashley Gross
Bridesmaid
Ashley and Elizabeth became friends after being roommates during their Nordstrom internship. Over time, their bond has only gotten stronger and they find any excuse to visit each other in California or Seattle or go on an adventure together that usually always has chaos involved.
Kyle Sheahan
Groomsman
Mike and Kyle met through Phi Sig as well. During Kyles freshman year he essentially lived at Mike's house, which Mike repaid later when Kyle had a house. Kyle also looked a lot like Mike, even going so far as to put on clothes Mike left by accident to go as Mike during Halloween. Kyle would also pile into the back of Shawn's Nissan Frontier and join them on their hours long journeys to nowhere.
Courtney Larsen
Honor Attendant
Elizabeth has known Courtney since the day she was born and has always been considered family along with the rest of the Larsen crew! She is currently studying to receive her doctorate in Psychology and we couldn't be more proud of her. We are so lucky to have her at the wedding walking alongside Kennedy!
Kennedy Largent
Flower Girl
Shawn and Bethany's daughter and the most beautiful niece we ever did see! She just turned 1 in December and is walking up a storm to prepare for her big walk down the aisle!
