Shuttle from Hampton Inn & Courtyard Hotels to Calamigos Ranch

Round-trip transportation will be provided for the ceremony and reception on Friday. Shuttles schedule as follows: Hampton Inn: Departs for Calamigos Ranch promptly at 4:25PM Courtyard Hotel: Departs for Calamigos Ranch promptly at 4:40PM Shuttle departs from Calamigos Ranch to both hotels at 10:00PM and again at 11:00PM.

Uber or Lyft

If you are not wanting to rent a car, Lyft and Uber are a great alternative. Rates for a standard, 4 person car should range from $60-$80 one way from LAX.

There are multiple car rental agencies located at both LAX and BUR airports. If you are a member of Costco we highly recommend checking out Costco Travel because they usually provide some really great deals!

There are multiple private shuttle companies that you can utilize if you do not want to rent a car or use Uber/Lyft. This is a great option if traveling with a larger group.

LAX

This is the largest airport in the LA area and tends to have the most direct and affordable flights. Located about 36 miles (1 hr) from the listed hotels.

BUR

Burbank Airport is the closest option and is a bit smaller than LAX so it is easier to get in and out of. Located about 28 miles (50 min) from the listed hotels.

Please use the link provided or call the hotel and mention the Holleron/Largent Wedding to receive a discounted rate of $189 per night plus tax. This rate includes either a king bed or 2 queen beds and free parking. There is also a bar on-site as well as fire pits and a saltwater pool. This is the hotel Mike & Elizabeth will be staying at. We will also be providing a shuttle on the day of the wedding with a pick-up and drop-off at this hotel; however, if you would like to drive yourself there is free valet parking provided at the venue.

This hotel is connected to the Courtyard and is pet friendly, has free parking and provides free breakfast. There is a bar on-site as well as fire pits and a saltwater pool. We will also be providing a shuttle on the day of the wedding with a pick-up and drop-off at this hotel; however, if you would like to drive yourself there is free valet parking provided at the venue.

Westlake Village Inn

We unfortunately do not have a room block at this hotel but the Westlake Village Inn is a beautiful hotel located just down the street from the Hampton & Courtyard hotels. It has beautiful landscaping, a golf course and spa located on site if you are looking for a more resort-like option.

There are plenty of house rental options in the Southern California area with accommodations ranging from just 2 people to 20+ people! If you are looking for a place to book, we would recommend the Malibu, Agoura Hills Westlake Village or Calabasas areas if you are looking to stay close to wedding festivities. Santa Monica and West Hollywood are great as well if you are looking to be closer to LA and nightlife.
