Uber is widely used in San Juan metro area. During peak hours it can take 10-15min to get an Uber, so just plan accordingly. If you plan to visit some of the sites we recommend on the 'Things To Do' tab, then we recommend renting a car. Two main parking garages in Old San Juan: Doña Fela Parking & Ballaja Parking Garage
