Old San Juan
This is the neighborhood the wedding venue is in. Old San Juan is the oldest city in the United States and its territories and the second oldest in the Western hemisphere. Explore the blue cobblestone streets and colorful facades on foot stopping at cute shops, bars, restaurants and art galleries while taking in the beautiful surrounding ocean views.
Castillo San Felipe del Morro
Only a 10min walk from the wedding venue. This World Heritage Site is one of the most recognizable landmarks in Puerto Rico. The fortification dates back to the 16th century, during Spanish rule. 10$ Entry Fee
Bioluminescent Bay Kayak Tour
Take a nighttime kayak tour to witness the magical glow of the bioluminescent bay! There are only five ecosystems in the world where the concentration of these microscopic organisms is high enough to be considered a bioluminescent bay, and Puerto Rico is home to three of them! We recommend going to Fajardo (1hr drive from Old San Juan) and using the company "Puerto Rico Bio Bay". We have done their tours many times, if you have any questions reach out to us. You will need to rent a car to do this activity. Full moon occurs on Wednesday April 1st, so we recommend going on Sunday 5th or Monday 6th for a better experience.
El Yunque National Forest
Go visit the only rainforest in the US! We love hiking here. Bring your rain gear and bug spray. We recommend the El Yunque trail, which will take you to the highest peak.

If you want to party and dance, go to La Placita for a good time!

Large entertainment, dining, and retail complex with outdoor space, restaurants, bars and a movie theater. The outdoor plaza features more than 14,000sf of LED screens, including one of the largest horizontal screens in the United States. Fun place to hang out in the evening!
