Let’s get hitched!

They were set up on a semi-blind date (Lara did not know a single thing about Johnny, but he was told a bit about her) by mutual friends. They started dating almost immediately and things just really took off from there. After dating for a little, Lara was introduced to Kennedy, and the three of them became a tight-knit family filled with so much love over the past few years (with the later addition of their cute, but crazy Labrador, Beau). They can’t wait to celebrate that love with family and friends.

It was a beautiful Southern California day in Villa Park, CA. Lara spent the first part of the day working and she was, unfortunately, having one of “those days" at work. Lara knew that Johnny had planned a dinner for that night for just the two of them, but she had no idea of the engagement. At 3 PM or so Lara was having second thoughts about dinner. She needed to take some extra time to finish a few things. Panic set in for Johnny, but everything eventually got back on track. It was 5 PM or so and Lara and Johnny ventured off to Corona Del Mar Beach to walk around and enjoy each other's company. Johnny eventually led Lara to the rocky peak at Pirates Cove at CDM. The peak overlooks the cove and the distant Catalina Island. Just as the sun began to set, Johnny lowered his knee into the sand and asked Lara to marry him. She said yes! The two embraced each other and shared a few tears of joy. After Lara got her rock on the rocks, the two celebrated with a wonderful dinner at the Bungalow Restaurant.
