The dinner at the wedding is a seated and served dinner with pre-selected menu items listed below. Appetizers (Passed from 6-7pm): - Bruschetta Crostini: fresh mozzarella, cured tomatoes, basil, toasted baguette - Corn & Jalapeno Hushpuppies: sriracha, honey butter - Virginia Ham Biscuits: virginia ham, gruyere cheese, butter, mustard, soft white roll Dinner Sides: - Salad (Plated): baby spinach, strawberries, gorgonzola cheese, candied pecans, balsamic vinaigrette - Warm dinner rolls: served in bread baskets - Whipped Butter: piped onto bread plate Entree: - Mixed Grill Entree: Simply Grilled Chicken Breast, Atlantic Salmon, mashed potatoes, roasted asparagus - Vegetarians and Vegans will get an entree selected by The Boathouse chef - Replace chicken with double fish for pescatarians - Replace fish with double chicken for those who can't eat seafood

The open bar will be open from 6pm-10pm at which point it will transition to a cash bar for the final hour at 10pm-11pm.
