Bridesmaid
Jamie and I were college roommates and now colleagues. It is double-trouble in the ER when Jamie and I are working together. Jamie has a way of making people feel incredibly valued, loved and it has been fun to watch her and her husband Jason's family grow! Jamie introduced me to Lake of the Woods Canada, fishing, how to to be ultra competitive at Tripoley...all necessary skills and experiences important to life in MN. And she always has a place for me to stay after a late night of work at the hospital.
Bridesmaid
Lis and I were college and post-college roommates. Life was so good when we lived together at Bethel so we drew it out as long as possible by living together post-college. Lis is one of the the most genuine, sweet and inspiring people I know without a bad bone in her body, she just makes a person feel good when you are around her. Among many other things, Lis is a yogi powerhouse and will do yoga anytime, anywhere. Lis is also my go-to girl for late night rearranging furniture ideas, holiday decorating, or just hours of chatting.
Bridesmaid
Katy and I were college roommates. My favorite memories with Katy are on the trips we've taken together to Canada and Florida. One of them involving cliff jumping in Canada, which was exhilarating (horrifying). Katy is incredibly intuitive, purposeful and committed. She amazingly balances being a full-time wife, mom and nurse. Katy also has a knack for getting into rollerblading accidents...or maybe it's just fearless attempts at rollerblading downhill. Either way, I look up to Katy and her gumption.
Bridesmaid
Madison and I are former high school basketball teammates and now sister in-laws! My brother Rob made one of the best decisions of his life when he and Madison married this past May. Madison is patient, funny, beautiful, seriously smart and witty, humble, and has impressive movie quote recall. Or recall of just about anything you'd ever need to know, period! Madison has been a huge blessing to our family and I'm so excited she is a Lang! Madison and Rob and their dog Oliver live in the Des Moines area, so we get to see them whenever we travel to Iowa to see my family.
Bridesmaid
Jaclyn is Jake's sister and we will soon be sister-in laws. Ever since meeting all of the Kleins, Jaclyn had always made me feel comfortable no matter what. In a house full of Klein boys, Jaclyn and I have to have each others backs! Between tending to the garden, cleaning beans, going to baseball games together, watching Family Feud, struggling at cribbage, it's always comfortable being around Jaclyn.
Groomsman
Jeremy is the oldest of my two younger brothers. Jeremy and I lived together for three years while he attended college at St. Cloud State University. Jeremy now lives in Fargo, North Dakota and is very passionate with his career as a sports broadcaster. Even though we are 4-1/2 years apart, baseball and now softball has always been the center point of our relationship.
Groomsman
Joel is the youngest of my two younger brothers. Joel and I lived together for three years while he attended college at St. Cloud State University. Joel recently finished college and moved to St. Paul, MN to strive to be the best in world at data analytics. Joel is the smartest person I know when it comes to analyzing numbers, he can provide the probabilities of pretty much anything. Competiveness has been the center point of our relationship whether it is play cards, sports, etc, neither one of us will handle losing to each other very well.
Groomsman
Chris and I met my junior year of college at St. Cloud State University when he became another member of the 602 Crew. Chris and I started hanging out more four years ago after Chris finished his tourism degree. Chris and I share common outdoor hobbies. We have gone on multiple fishing and hunting trips the past two years. Chris was not excited at first with my relationship with Rachel because he thought he would lose his fishing and hunting partner. He has learned Rachel's love for the outdoors which has changed his mind. Chris has also been a huge help in moving Rachel to St. Cloud.
Groomsman
Andy and I met freshman year at St. Cloud State University. We hung out with the 602 Crew throughout college. Andy and I became really close friends when Andy had a life changing event 3 years ago and I helped him out by letting him move into the "Klein Palace" with Joel and I. Andy and I would hang out going to the gym, playing on the same softball teams, etc. Us three lived together for a little over a year until Andy bought the "Folz Fortess" two blocks down from the "Klein Palace". Andy has been a huge supporter of Rachel and I throughout our relationship. He has also been there for me if I am looking for advice or need a helping hand with a project.
Groomsman
Rob is Rachel's older brother. He has been a great influence and supporter of Rachel and I throughout our relationship. I am excited to have Rob as a brother in-law because when I talk with Rob, I normally have the feeling that I am talking to an older brother. -Jake I have always looked up to Rob growing up whether it was sports, school or work. He has always been a stand-up guy and is a constant source of support and encouragement. Family life on the Lang side is so fun now-a-days with Rob and Madison being married and hearing about their newlywed stories and just going through this time of our lives together. -Rachel
