Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP on our website by August 1, 2025.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

There are many incredible apartments, villas, and hotels nearby. We recommend staying inside the walls of Lucca so you can access restaurants, bars, activities, and the wedding venue by foot. Larger villas are located outside of the city walls and are an amazing way to experience the beauty of Tuscany. Visit our "Travel" page for more information. If you would like help finding a place to stay, please let us know by July 19, 2025. For guests staying inside the walls of Lucca, we are coordinating transportation to bring you to Villa Renaissance for the welcome dinner on Thursday, September 18. We will provide more details closer to the events.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Welcome Dinner: Garden Party Attire-- think light fabrics, colors and florals. Jackets not required. We will be outside taking in the Tuscan views from our Villa. Wedding: Black Tie-- tuxes and gowns are preferred, but not required.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the welcome dinner and the wedding will be outdoors. We suggest bringing a lightweight jacket in case of chilly evenings. Be mindful of your shoe choices as we will be on grass for both the welcome dinner and the wedding.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to space limitations, we are not able to accommodate plus ones, unless specified on your invitation. Please refer to the names on your invitation for those invited and RSVP accordingly.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we love your children, we are having an adults-only event.

Question

Where is the wedding venue?

Answer

Palazzo Pfanner is a palace and garden located within the walled city of Lucca, Italy. The Palazzo dates back to the 17th century and is full of enchanting history. Palazzo Pfanner is easily accessible by foot if you are staying inside the walls of Lucca.

Question

Documentation needed to enter Italy?

Answer

Grab your passport and please ensure it does not expire within six months after September 2025. We also recommend familiarizing yourself with visa regulations when traveling from your home country to Italy.

Question

What is the timeline for the day?

Answer

Visit the "Itinerary" page for detailed information.
