What if I can't make it?

Answer

Your presence will surely be missed. Please RSVP "Will NOT Attend." If you have already RSVP'd attending but find that you will not be able to make it, please notify Savannah (219) 333-0004 or Dakota (219) 613-5929.

What happens if I did not RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not get an RSVP back by the date provided, it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us; however, we have to provide total guest counts to our vendors in a timely manner that they have given to us and cannot accept late RSVPs due to this. We hope you understand!

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and the reception are both being held at the same place (Empeiria 110)! The ceremony will be held outside on a covered pavilion and the reception will be indoors.

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking at the venue.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting semi-formal attire for our evening. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, as well as suits and cocktail dresses. Ladies, we kindly ask that you avoid traditionally reserved colors for the bride, including whites, ivories, and creams.

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

We, unfortunately, cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "[Your Name] & guest" if a plus one has been given to you.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, children are only invited if named on the invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "The [Your Last Name] Family" if your children have been invited and "Mr. and Mrs." if only you and your significant other have been invited.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at four. Please arrive at least fifteen to thirty minutes before the ceremony to park and find your seat! Please be mindful that the venue and hotels are located in Eastern time.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar with a selection of beer, wine, and liquor. We do asks that our guests choose to indulge responsibly, especially with limited hotel availability close by and we are unsure of the Uber situation.

Can I bring my own adult beverages?

Answer

We will be supplying alcohol and have a bartending service who will be handling the beverages. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages on the premise.

Can I take pictures and videos?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like!

What type of food will you be serving at your wedding?

Answer

Our wedding will be barbecue with choices of brisket or chicken with various side options.
