Sullivan's Island is a charming, Southern beach town with quaint restaurants and a few shops. It's worth renting a couple of bikes and riding around just looking at the homes. Be sure to stop in at Mex 1 for some tacos or Hometeam for some barbeque and one of their frozen cocktails! Fun fact: Joe and I had our first date at Mex 1.
A historic piece of Charleston culture, the Charleston City Market has been hosting artisan vendors and serving up local goods and fresh produce for close to 200 years.
