Montreat, NC sits snug in the Blue Ridge Mountains, about 20 miles outside of Asheville. It is home to Montreat Conference Center, a PCUSA retreat center, and Montreat College. Zack grew up beneath Montreat's rhododendron, hiking Lookout Mountain and worshipping Jesus.
We are getting married in Gaither Hall's Graham Chapel, named after Billy & Ruth Graham. The reception will follow in Montreat Barn, a 0.1 mile walk from the chapel.
The closest airports are in Asheville (30 mi.), Greenville-Spartanburg (90 mi.) and Charlotte (100 mi.).
Larger hotel chains are located in nearby Black Mountain, while Montreat offers many privately-owned rental houses and the rustic Assembly Inn. Many will find that rental houses through Greybeard Rentals, AirBnb or VRBO will be the most comfortable and authentic Montreat experience.

Staying within Montreat Town Limits will allow you easy walking access to all of our wedding activities! Black Mountain is also close, but will require driving and parking. Check out Greybeard Rentals for options within Montreat.
