April 1st. We understand this may seem short notice from when you have received your invitation, but we need a final count by this date to finalize everything with our vendors. :)
Our theme is primarily navy blue. We ask that everyone wear darker jewel tones (think sapphire, amethyst, emerald) or black to maintain the theme and aesthetic in the photos and videos of our special day. <3
The invitations are as addressed. We will be having a small, intimate wedding with those we are closest to.
We love you and your children but we will be keeping our day child-free, with the exception of our immediate family. We understand this may prevent some from coming, but we’d love to spend some time with you and your family after we return from our honeymoon.
The Ceremony will be UNPLUGGED, we have hired a wonderful photographer to capture every moment you could want. We want to share our special day with YOU, not with your phone, so please be present in the moment with us.
If you have not RSVP’d or made an effort to reach out to us before the deadline we will, respectfully, assume you are not interested in attending and we will not be reserving a seat in your honor at our wedding. However, we would be more than happy to work with you on being there if you reach out before this date to let us know your circumstances :)
Once the precessional begins the doors will be closed until the entire wedding party has made it to the altar. The doors will be opened ONCE more for those who have arrived late, and closed again until the end of the ceremony. This should leave plenty enough time to arrive before the ceremony begins, even if traffic isn’t in your favor. Please plan accordingly ahead of time.
