Our RSVP deadline has passed as of June 15, 2025. We're so sorry if you cannot make it to our wedding! Our final numbers have been turned in and your presence will be missed. We, unfortunately, are unable to accommodate any late RSVPs at this point.
We will be starting off with a summer salad (mixed greens, shaved brussels sprouts, parmesan, roasted chickpeas, honey crisp apples, fresh berries, and olive oil vinaigrette). Then your entree choice of salmon, steak, or lentil cakes (vegan/gluten-free). Please be sure to indicate your dinner selection on your RSVP! Please tell us of any dietary restrictions and/or allergies on your RSVP so we can customize your meal accordingly with the venue's chef.
Due to guest number restrictions, we are only able to extend the invite to children specifically listed on your invitation.
Absolutely! ALL of our guests are welcome to join us, if their schedule allows, the Friday before our wedding (July 18, 2025) from 6:30 PM - 10:00 PM at Utepils Brewing (225 Thomas Ave N #700, Minneapolis, MN 55405). See the "Schedule" tab for more details.
Yes! Our wedding dress code is cocktail formal attire. Think smart attire – gentlemen, please feel free to wear a suit or dress shirt. Ladies, a cocktail dress or dressy separates are great (please no jeans, sneakers, t-shirts, sandals, etc.). Note: everything will be indoors or out on a paved patio (no grassy knolls included in this wedding)
Our wedding colors are colorful pastels. Feel free to dress in summery, pastel colors! Or, if you would rather, something within the cocktail dress code is great as well.
Yes! There is on-site parking available at the Minneapolis Club in their parking garage. The club's ramp is located directly behind the clubhouse with access on 8th Street between 2nd and 3rd Avenues. All parking will be validated so please make sure you keep those parking tickets. You can ask any of the staff members working where to go for validation and they will be happy to direct you. Validated parking will begin Friday, July 18, evening and extend through Sunday, July 20, afternoon (overnight parking is included). We want everyone to have a fun, safe weekend! Please utilize the overnight parking if you feel the need.
No, we will not be reserving any blocks of rooms at hotels. The Minneapolis Club is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Minneapolis. There are a number of hotels with varying prices in that area to choose from, many of which are a short walking distance or Uber away from our venue. Here are some hotel recommendations in downtown Minneapolis: The Westin Hotel Indigo The Marquette The Rand Tower Hotel The Hyatt Embassy Suites There are a number of other stay options as well if you prefer not to do a hotel (i.e. - Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.)
Yes, we will have a cocktail hour between the ceremony and reception. We will absolutely be joining everyone for this! It will be an outside cocktail hour on the venue's patio, so please dress accordingly. We will also be hosting a cigar bar at that time, for those who wish to partake.
No (we know our friends too well to punish ourselves with that choice), instead we have chosen to host a signature cocktail. The rest of the bar will be a cash bar. There will also be non-alcoholic beverages available for those who choose/are underage.
We are so fortunate for the groom's father, Stuart, who introduced us to the Big Stoop Big Band Jazz and Swing! Stuart has been playing the trumpet for them for years. It is a 15-person big band joined by two singers. They will kick off the dancing before we switch over to a DJ later in the night.
