If you made a reservation at RT Lodge for May 2020, those reservations have been automatically canceled by the Lodge at no charge to you due to the postponement of our wedding celebration. For a new reservation, please call RT Lodge at 865-981-9800 and mention the “McCarty-Odom Wedding.” In light of COVID-19, they have a very liberal cancellation policy so please inquire about that when you call. Hilton Knoxville Airport

A block of rooms at a group rate has been reserved at the Hilton Knoxville Airport from May 22 through May 24, 2020 Reserve online or call prior to April 22, 2020 and mention the "McCarty & Odom Wedding" The Hilton offers a complimentary 5-passenger shuttle to registered guests that can take them to and from RT Lodge. The shuttle runs on a first come, first serve, basis

RT Lodge is a 10 minute drive from McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) If you are traveling to RT Lodge via Alcoa Highway, it is notorious for traffic and construction congestion. Please check Google Maps or Waze in advance of your travel.
