A message about COVID-19

We know this has been a difficult year for all and if you have any reservations about attending the wedding celebration due to COVID-19 please adhere to your own personal evaluation of the risks. We would love to see you but completely understand if the risk involved in attending is too great. We know you will be with us in spirit!

What COVID-19 regulations is RT Lodge following?

Answer

We will be required to wears masks inside the common areas of RT Lodge when not sitting down to eat. All staff at RT Lodge will wear masks at all times. Tables in the dining areas will be spaced apart. Hand sanitizer and disposable masks will be available.

What are we doing to make our wedding celebration as safe as possible?

Answer

All events (dinner/reception) will be held outside. If there is inclement weather, all events will be held outside under a tent with the sides up for air circulation. We encourage everyone to socialize outside as much as possible. Everyone will be required to wear masks when inside common areas at RT Lodge and we urge you to use hand sanitizer frequently. There will be no self-service buffets and no butler-passed appetizers. We encourage everyone to bring masks and to wear them and we will have disposable masks available for use.

What is the suggested attire for the wedding?

Answer

We suggest garden cocktail or semi-formal wedding attire. There will be grass around much of the ceremony and reception so you may want to re-think wearing stilettos or very light-colored shoes.
