Arrival day

Check in for the cabins and hotel rooms is 4pm, however we will likely be there before then as we are staying in a different part of the park a few days prior. There will not be food provided this day however there is a restaurant and casual dining center available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Additionally the town of Gardener has various dining options as well as the rest of the park. We would love to casually see you as you arrive, stay tuned for additional details as we get closer to the event.
Welcome Gathering
6:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Please join us in the Map Room on the first floor of the hotel, this is a public bar where we will be relaxing the night before the wedding!

Wedding Day Walk/ Run
9:30 am - 11:00 am
We will either meet to walk/ run the Lava Creek Canyon Trail ( https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/wyoming/lava-creek-canyon-trail-to-undine-falls ) or the Beaver Ponds Loop Trail ( https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/wyoming/beaver-ponds-loop ) depending on if the foot bridge has been repaired on the Lava Creek Canyon Trail, we will let you know when we scout on 9/26.
Ceremony

Please arrive by 4pm and take your seats for the wedding. First row is reserved for family, otherwise sit where you would like. The chapel is open to the public so anyone is welcome to join our ceremony. Pictures and video is allowed.
Reception
4:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Mammoth, WY 82190
Join us for cocktail hour followed by dinner, dancing and socializing in the old gymnasium just a few blocks from the chapel.
After Party
10:30 pm - 11:30 pm

For those interested we will be moving to the hotel bar for an additional hour following the reception.
