Arrival day

8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Check in for the cabins and hotel rooms is 4pm, however we will likely be there before then as we are staying in a different part of the park a few days prior. There will not be food provided this day however there is a restaurant and casual dining center available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Additionally the town of Gardener has various dining options as well as the rest of the park. We would love to casually see you as you arrive, stay tuned for additional details as we get closer to the event.

Wedding

We will be getting married at sometime in the afternoon, we have not yet decided on a time. The wedding will be in the historic Mammoth Chapel located just down the road from the cabins and hotel. The reception will be in the old gymnasium right next to the hotel. Dinner and drinks will be provided. More details to come.

Departure day

11:00 am - 6:00 pm

Check out is at 11am. We would love to see you before you leave, and for those interested, we may go to the boiling river this day, more details to follow.
