Our wedding is in San Francisco, ancestral homeland of the Ramaytush Ohlone peoples. For our out-of-town guests, we recommend traveling on Thursday, June 6, and departing Saturday, June 8 (2 nights). The main event is Friday, June 7.
We booked a block of rooms for those nights at The Marker Hotel to get you the best value ($139 / night). It's near our home (666 Post Street, Apt. 602, San Francisco, CA 94109) and close to the wedding venues.
There's an abundance of hotels nearby if you wish to explore other options. The closest luxury option is the Fairmont. The most affordable option is HI San Francisco.
San Francisco airport and Oakland airport are both convenient. You can easily travel from those airports to the city using Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART). We recommend using Lyft, BART, Muni, or Baywheels, the local bikeshare service, to get around town.
