We ask that you only bring a date if your invitation includes a plus one.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is plenty of parking for both.

Are there Ubers/Lifts?

Answer

No, however transportation will be provided throughout the weekend. Please see shuttle schedules on the Schedule tab below the events.

Is there transportation to and from scheduled wedding events?

Answer

Yes, shuttles will be available all weekend. There will be shuttles to and from The Sewanee Inn, The Smoke House Lodge & Cabins, and any house on campus. The shuttles will be running Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night. For a detailed schedule of shuttle pickup locations, please visit the Events tab and scroll to the bottom.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive by 4pm to ensure everyone is seated before 4:30.

Are kids welcome?

We would love to have them on the mountain that weekend, however we are asking that only children in the wedding party attend the scheduled wedding events including the after rehearsal dinner celebration, the wedding ceremony, and the reception.
