John proposed to Rochelle in Iceland under the Aurora Borealis on September 13, 2024 (exactly a year to the date of the Wedding!)

We made it official January 19, 2024! We connected on Hinge off of our shared goal, "We want what our parents have" ❤️

After only two months of dating, Rochelle pitched the idea of going to Paris! We make perfect travel partners. Rochelle plans a meticulous 10-page itinerary with John's help and he is game for it all!

John loves playing Table Tennis at a local club twice a week. Rochelle loves watching him play while working on various needlework projects! 🧶🪡

In Iceland we saw 100 waterfalls, 15 cats, hundreds of horses, and thousands of sheep. Our favorite were the sheep 🥰

From the Eiffel Tower to hiking a Glacier in Iceland, we’ve done so much together ❤️

Cameron, the Capitol Cat and Nebraska's most hardworking Government Official, blessed our upcoming marriage by making a special guest appearance during our engagement photoshoot.

We are currently planning a trip to Japan for April 2025!

We chose the Nebraska State Capitol for our Engagement shoot because it is near and dear to the Bride's heart. Rochelle started her career here as a Nebraska State Auditor!
