What is the dress code?

Answer

We ask that guests dress in cocktail attire for this special event. Our ceremony will be outside so please dress comfortably depending on the weather.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 3:00 PM so we ask that friends and family plan to arrive at Wildcat Mountain by 2:30 PM and be in their seat by 2:45 PM.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking at Wildcat Mountain requires an $8.00 day pass which can be purchased at the park office. We encourage you to car pool with friends or family that you'll be attending our wedding with. If your vehicle has a 2022 Wisconsin DNR State Park Pass sticker you will not need to purchase a day pass. Parking for our reception is available for free right outside of our venue!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Willow + Oak Event Center is a 1 minute drive from Hotel Hillsboro. Guests are welcomed to carpool from the reception to the hotel at the end of the night and leave their car at the venue. Please be sure to go back for your car on Sunday morning!

Can I bring my kids?

While we love the children of our friends and family, our wedding will be a party with adults only.
