We first met in our 7th grade science class after Landon's family moved to New Glarus. Throughout middle school we go to know each other better and had mutual friends. Then, during the beginning of our freshman year of high school we were both at a friend's house working on a float for the homecoming parade when Landon asked Bridget to go to the homecoming dance (as friends). We had so much fun that a week later we started dating!

At least once a year throughout our relationship (usually more often) we would visit Devil's Lake State Park. We've made many memories with friends and family at the park over the years. On a snowy, cold, and foggy day in early January Landon surprised Bridget with a trip to Devil's Lake. The park was empty and we had the trails to ourselves throughout most of the hike. Amongst tall, frost covered trees Landon got down on one knee. We enjoyed a cold and long hike around the lake afterwards.

Our wedding will take place on our 10 year anniversary of being together. We're so excited to celebrate this milestone, and this new chapter with all of our friends and loved ones.
