Question

What if I want to stay somewhere other than where you have listed under the travel tab?

Answer

Between Cashiers and Highlands, there are plenty of options for lodging. We have room blocks to ensure ample lodging options and discounted rates for guests. You are by no means required to stay where we have blocked rooms. Be mindful of where the shuttle is picking up and dropping off to ensure you are able to get back safely after the reception!

Is Uber and Lyft available?

Answer

Uber and Lyft do not operate in this area. The windy and poorly lit roads make for dangerous travel so we have thoughtfully implemented a shuttle service for all guests to get to and from the wedding safely.

Where and when does the shuttle pick up and drop off?

Answer

Please check back closer to the wedding date for finalized times and exact locations under the "Hotel and Transportation" tab. Cards with this information will also be made available to you at your hotel. If you are not staying at a listed hotel please fill out the "accommodations form" on the "Hotel and Transportation" tab so we can send a card to your listed stay.

Will childcare be provided?

Answer

We have included a list of certified babysitters in the area that are approved by our wedding planners for those attending the rehearsal dinner. This list can be located under the "Hotel and Transportation". Childcare services will be provided for young children during the ceremony, and optional services for during the reception if dancing isn't your child's thing ;) . We LOVE your children but want you to take in these moments with us. If you have questions about childcare please reach out!

I have a food allergy, will there be food at the reception that I can eat?

Answer

Of course! We want to make sure everyone has a full belly and happy heart when leaving, so we have taken special care to curate a menu to meet these needs. If you have an allergy that we may not know about please reach out to either one of us!

Can I take pictures and/or post photos of your wedding on social media?

Answer

We have put a lot of thought and trust into our wonderful photographers and videographers. We ask that you put away your phones during the ceremony and be present with us in this momentous occasion. We promise our talented photographers/videographers will capture beautiful pictures for us to share with you afterwards. The reception is of course free for you to capture with your phone and we welcome you to use the hashtag #WilespickedaBerry

Am I allowed to park at the wedding venue?

Answer

Please do not park at the venue as there is extremely limited parking and the vendors will need to utilize these spaces. We have put a lot of thought into the shuttle service provided and we ask that you please use that as your means of transportation to and from our ceremony.

Is the reception in a different location?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception are both at the beautiful, Lonesome Valley! A short walk is all it will take to get from the ceremony site to the cocktail hour/reception hall.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please check the schedule provided on the website, under the "Hotel and Transportation" tab, for the shuttle service closest to you and the times it will be picking up passengers. The shuttle will be driving guests to the ceremony site.

Do I have to mail back my RSVP or can I RSVP online?

Answer

We ask that you please mail your RSVP back to us in addition to RSVP'ing online. Just in the event a technical error occurs, we want to ensure our guest number is accurate. The RSVP function will be available on this website as soon as formal invitations are sent.

We love all of our friends and family and their friends. We ask that you please see your invitation as to whether or a not a plus one has been provided.

Any children welcome to attend would be included on your invitation .

Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting the ceremony will be taking place outdoors. The area is grassy so choose footwear accordingly.
