We're Getting Married!

Thank you to everyone who has reached out, we are working hard with out families and vendors to ensure the only thing to change is the date! We love you all and cannot wait to celebrate with you! Kyla, an adventurous girl with a wild spirit, often referred to by friends as "miss independent" had just graduated high school ready to take on her freshman year at UNC Charlotte. Lance, an easy-going guy who was known by friends as "nice guy Lance" had just finished his freshman year at Wake Forest University. Both of them were young, ambitious, and ready to take on the world, neither one searching for their other half. A summer working part time as sales associates at The Great Outdoor Provision Company in Park Road Shopping Center quickly changed that. A summer of late nights on top of parking decks looking out over the city of Charlotte, nights watching airplanes and stars soar far above their heads, and lots and lots of kayaking made for the perfect setting to fall in love. On July 28th, 2015 Lance took Kyla to a bench at McDowell Nature Preserve and asked her how she felt about going into college in a relationship, worried that her wild, independent spirit would prevent her from wanting to be tied down during such a fun time of life. Kyla obviously said yes, excited more than ever to take on this fun time of life WITH Lance. Four years of long distance, two college degrees, two dogs, and two big moves later, Lance brought Kyla to the same bench he asked her to be his girlfriend four years prior, and asked her to be his wife. They made a big move to Atlanta, finally together and are ready to take on the next big adventure together, marriage.
