What is the dress code?

Black tie optional.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 6:30PM. We recommend that guests arrive 20-30 minutes early. There will be champagne served as you find a seat and settle in.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones (Lance is a pediatrician after all), our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your wedding invitation says "and guest" or is addressed to you and your significant other then yes; if not, we would ask that it be just you.

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel to the reception?

Answer

Yes, transportation will be provided for all guests who are staying at the hotel. There is also parking on site at the Bellport Country Club if you decide to drive your own vehicle.

What if I have a food allergy or dietary restriction?

Answer

Please let us know if you have any allergies or special considerations when submitting your RSVP. We will notify our reception venue and they will gladly accommodate your needs.
