Mountain Tap Casual Meetup

4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

We will be gathering at Mountain Tap Brewery on Thursday afternoon for those in town early who want to meet for a beer or kombucha! This is a super casual meetup. There is also a food menu including apps, salads and wood-fired pizza.

Friday Welcome Reception

7:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Dressy casual attire

We invite all guests to join us for a welcome reception on Friday night to ring in the weekend and get the celebrations started! Drinks and heavy appetizers provided. Music will be provided by members of Deer Creek Sharp Shooters to close out the evening!

Wedding Day

5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Cocktail attire*

*Note that the ceremony and dinner will be on grass Shuttles will be provided to and from the wedding venue. The shuttles will be departing from the Steamboat Grand to the venue at 3:45pm sharp. Guests will be greeted with a glass of champagne upon arrival. Shuttles will be departing from the venue and returning to the Steamboat Grand at 9pm, 10pm, 10:30pm, and 11pm.
