Yes; we will have masks available. There will also be hand sanitizing stations.

Can I go outside during the event?

Answer

Yes; there is a 5,000 square-foot terrace (connected to the ballroom) with heat lamps, seating, and fire pits.

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle picking guests up from the hotel and bringing them back. The first shuttle will leave the hotel (Fairfield) around 45 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony.
