Hotel Transportation

The Embassy Suites and Hampton Inn both provide a complementary shuttle to and from the airport. Please call whichever hotel you book with the week before you arrive and note that you will need shuttle service.

Flight

RDU Airport

RDU airport is about 10 minutes from the hotel. Charlotte (CLT) is approximately 2 hours away and Greensboro (GSO) is one.

Shuttle

Shuttle from Host Hotels to the Event

The shuttle will start at 4:20 p.m. and run until the ceremony starts. It will start pick ups from the reception at 9:00 p.m. and run until the reception ends.
