ZincHouse is a fun, winery/brewery 10 minutes from Brier Creek. They often have live music and pop-up craft markets. They also have a coffee shop, disc golf course, and boutique on site. ZincHouse is 21+.

While we live in Durham, most of our friends live in Raleigh, so we spend a lot of time there. Raleigh has tons of breweries, rooftop bars, parks, and great restaurants. Grab a bite to eat at Wye Hill brewing for a great view of the city, or head to High Rail for rooftop drinks!
For a short walk, head over to Lake Lynn. Lake Lynn has paved parking and a mostly flat 1.4 mile loop.
Boxcar is a bar + arcade in downtown Durham. They have a full bar, pizza, tons of games, and a nice outdoor patio.
The triangle is home to the Sarah P. Duke Gardens (Durham), J.C. Raulston Arboretum (Raleigh), and the North Carolina Botanical Garden (Chapel Hill). Check out their web sites before you go as they are occasionally closed for construction.
