Representing from the islands of Antigua & Barbuda (the boat stop for half of Jay's paternal lineage), Barbados (the boat stop for the other half of Jay's paternal lineage), Haiti, Jamaica, St. Vincent & The Grenadines, Trinidad & Tobago, St. Kitts, Grenada, St. Thomas, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guyana, Panama, the Bahamas and St. Lucia. The Festival continues to be a family-oriented event, is always FREE to the public, and all members of the Festival Committee are unpaid volunteers.
