Emma and I have been best friends since third grade, growing up side by side through every phase of life. Through heartbreaks, changing friendships, and boyfriends who came and went, we never drifted—we only grew closer. We spent countless weekends at each other’s houses, to the point where Emma’s mom would ask if she was ever coming home. From the very beginning, I always knew Emma would stand beside me as my maid of honor, and I am beyond grateful to have someone so constant, loving, and irreplaceable by my side.

Hailey and I—oh, we were (and still are) those cousins. The kind who could probably run our parents out of the house with our sass, laughter, and goofy personalities. From as far back as I can remember, we were never apart. Whether we were riding four-wheelers, spending long, carefree days at Gram and Pap Lamey’s, or jumping on the trampoline until the sun went down, we did everything together. Hailey is more than my cousin—she is my second sister and one of my greatest blessings. She has stood by me through every season of life, offering love, support, and understanding without hesitation. Even as we’ve grown older and built lives of our own, our bond hasn’t changed. We can always pick up right where we left off, and for that constant, unwavering presence, I am endlessly grateful to have her by my side.

My sister and I haven’t always been the closest, but everyone knows I would do absolutely anything for her. There were plenty of moments growing up when I thought, wow… this girl seriously hates me. From spying on her to full-on sibling fights (yes—literally throwing fists), we put each other through it all. And somehow, through every argument and eye roll, we still found our way back to each other. In the end, we grew closer than I ever expected—even after the time Chelsy nearly tried to kill me in Gram Dar’s pool… yeah, I’ll never forget that, brat. No matter what we’ve been through, she’s my sister, and I wouldn’t trade our story—or her—for anything.

Keri and I met at Mount Nittany, and from the very first day, we became instant friends. She is the first person I go to for advice—the kind of friend who can put me in my place and somehow I’m never even mad about it. Keri grounds me, supports me, and always tells me exactly what I need to hear. I am so grateful that our paths crossed and that we became such close friends, even if she insists on traveling all over the United States without me. Don’t worry though—soon I hope to be joining you!
