Dylan and I had known of each other for years before we actually got to know one another in 2019. Thanks to my Aunt Maria and Dylan’s mom, we were brought together at what quickly became (and still is) our favorite vacation spot—Lake Raystown. At first, our families were pretty shocked to see us hanging out as friends because of our age gap, but we didn’t let that stop us. We took things slow, made the most of our friendship, and let everything fall into place naturally. In July 2020, Dylan asked me to be his girlfriend at Hyner View, and from that moment on, we were inseparable. Not long after, we took a big step together and welcomed our dog, Zilla Mae, into our lives—who quickly became our spoiled, much-loved adventure buddy. Over the next five years, we made countless memories—weekend adventures, vacations, lots of laughs, and plenty of time spent doing the things we love most, all with Zilla Mae right by our side. In October 2025, during one of our favorite hobbies—camping—Dylan popped the question, and of course, I said yes! Now, as we count down to our wedding on August 26, 2028, we couldn’t be more excited to celebrate this next chapter with our favorite people.
