Welcome Event: is the invite or website timing correct?

Blame the bride here, I mixed up the times on the hard copy invites because we booked the venue after the fact. The timing for the Welcome Party on the website is the correct time!

Where do I meet the buses?

Answer

Please meet the buses at the front of the hotel! Lake house pick up at 315 Fairfield at 345

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be buses from both of the hotels with blocks available. Meet at the hotel lobby at 315 if you are at the Lakehouse and 345 if you are at the Fairfield.

No later than February 1st!

Can my kids come?

Answer

While we love the little ones, this is a child free event. We want you to let loose and not worry about your littles.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Please wear color, we will be surrounded by greenery so we want our guests to pop! Our bridesmaids are in shades of purple and the groomsmen in black so please avoid these colors. Men, feel free to wear a nice dress coat with slacks, a full suit is not necessary.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is a parking lot onsite for guests.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes! Please let the bride or groom know. This meal is served family style so we will ensure you have a special meal made.

Will there be an after party?

Answer

Of course! We have the buses stopping at a local bar called the Cow Shed on the way back after the wedding. If you plan to join us, hop off the bus! Ubers or cabs available to take you home after the bar closes.
