We met the old fashioned way, in person! It was October 2020, I decided to drop in at a new gym to try out a class there because I was friends with the owner. Liam comes jogging into class 10 minutes late and everyone exclaims "Liam what are you doing here?! you never take this class!" We exchanged a few jokes but that's it. I left class telling my friend I thought had great energy & very pretty eyes (were were still all masked up outside then). If he finds me well then... its meant to be! Liam was never supposed to be in that class, it was CrossFit gymnastics, not a workout as assumed. He forgot he had to pick up a roommate at LAX and missed the earlier one. True serendipity that he was there that day! His good friend (our officiant, Michael Drell) spent the next week telling Liam to message me on Instagram. Thank god he did! Finally, I got a DM asking if he could come take my class at the gym I was coaching at.. the rest is history!
