Wedding Ceremony

Please join us for a celebration at Castle Hill Inn. Our ceremony will be held outdoors on the lawn with sweeping ocean views as our backdrop. October in New England brings crisp and cozy weather, especially by the water. We encourage you to dress for the season. With soft grass, we recommend block heels, heel covers, or flats to keep you comfortable. Castle Hill Inn holds a special place in our hearts, not only for its beauty, but because of How I Met Your Mother. Fans of the show may recognize the venue as the inspiration for the final season's lighthouse, a wedding, the place where Ted meets the mother, and where many full-circle moments unfold. All moments that stuck with us, long before we knew we'd end up here preparing to start our own forever. Being able to celebrate our wedding here, surrounded by the people we love most, feels incredibly meaningful and surreal. Kindly note, this event is formal black attire only.
Cocktail Hour
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Immediately after the ceremony, we invite you to join us on the lawn at Castle Hill Inn for cocktail hour, where we will indulge in drinks, light hors d'oeuvres, and golden-hour views as the sun sets over the water. We hope you'll enjoy sipping, snacking, and mingling with us in this beautiful moment as we set the tone for an unforgettable evening of celebration.
Wedding Reception
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Following cocktail hour, we will gather inside the Chalet Tent at Castle Hill Inn to kick off the evening's celebration. Settle in for a night filled with a delicious dinner, our favorite signature cocktails, and an open bar that's ready to keep the good vibes flowing. When the clock strikes "snack o'clock" late-night bites will appear to fuel your dance moves and keep the celebration going strong until the very end. Get ready for a night full of love, laughter, and memories we will never forget. We can't wait to share this magical setting and moment with you all. Unless stated otherwise on your invitation, we appreciate your understanding in that this event will be adults only. Now, grown-ups it's your turn to party!
