Question

What time should I arrive to the church?

Answer

Although the ceremony start time begins at 3 o'clock, we would love for people to arrive 15 minutes or more before the start time to avoid anyone seeing the bride before she walks down the aisle.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Black tie optional. For this event we want people to have a night where they can really dress up and have fun with it. For women, we would love to see you in floor length gowns or formal midi dresses. For men, we would love to see you in suits with ties. Tux's are not necessary, but are welcome.

Will either the ceremony or reception be outdoors?

Answer

Both ceremony and reception will be inside. Cocktail hour will be indoor/outdoor but plenty of room indoors for everyone.

Will there be a shuttle from the hotel?

Answer

There will be a shuttle provided for the guests from the hotel to the reception venue. There will be 2 rounds of shuttles to the venue and 2 rounds of shuttles back to the hotel. There will be a 2 hour window for time after the ceremony to get back from the hotel to catch the shuttle.
