Beach Cocktail Attire is perfect for our big day! No need for tuxedos or evening gowns for this crowd! We will be on the waterfront, so as the night progresses, the temperature will drop from the 80's to 60's. Expect a combination of grass and hard wood surfaces from the ceremony to the reception, so plan your shoe game accordingly! Beach Cocktail Attire: Light flowing dresses, linen slacks, pastel hues and floral prints are par for the course when it comes to beach formal attire. This wedding dress code is an interesting combination of wanting to look like you tried, while staying away from the “on my way to the Oscars” vibe. Graceful summer dresses or full-length jumpsuits in light colors or floral prints are ideal for beach weddings. Feel free to pair this wedding attire with sandals or flats that would be easy to navigate in sand. A summer suit with a light linen shirt is also a good option, or linen pants with a dress shirt. No ties are required and sandals are more than welcome.
We are happy for you to bring a guest to join you on your journey to Mexico. Please be sure to RSVP with their name so that we include them in our planning! Also, your room accommodations will need to reflect your Plus One's information. So please be sure to register your guest appropriately.
The Bahia Mita is family friendly. Kids of all ages will adore the many activities, including swimming in their exclusive pool complete with a pirate ship. Children ages 3-12 will love the Explorers Club, a fully supervised children's program with arts, crafts, games and more, while teens can hang at the Core Zone, offering video games, music and snacks. Children are welcome the day of the ceremony.
Please note any dietary restrictions at the time of your RSVP. If you forget, please reach out to the bride or groom to make sure we pass this information to the hotel! Also, upon check-in, please confirm those dietary restrictions with the front desk staff, the kitchen staff, and any server who might serve you. Your health and safety is paramount to us.
