What is the date and time of the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Our ceremony will be at 5PM exactly, we will then go into a cocktail hour, followed by the reception! Please arrive by 4:30PM for the ceremony.

Where is the venue, and is there parking?

Answer

The Grand Ivory is located at 19611 FM981, Leonard, TX 75452 When you turn into the long driveway, you will see a gravel parking lot on the left hand side. Feel free to use the circle drive to drop of guests!

Yes, our entire wedding will be located at The Grand Ivory!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please show up to the venue a half hour before the ceremony, this will allow for plenty of time for anyone to park and find a seat in the chapel for the ceremony!

Will the ceremony/reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The open air chapel will be shaded with a breeze coming through. The reception will be indoors in the barn!

What is the itinerary/schedule for the day?

Answer

We ask everyone to be prepared to leave by 11PM, the bar will close at 10:30PM to ensure plenty of time for clean up and goodbyes!

How and when do I RSVP?

Answer

Good news! You can RSVP on this website! In the RSVP tab, you will be able to RSVP for you and anyone included in your party by just typing in your full name! If you are having trouble, you can just type in your last name and you should see yourself pop up. Please RSVP by March 31st to allow time for us to align with our vendors for final headcount!

No, unless otherwise stated on your invitation. When RSVP'ing your party will pop-up together on the website.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our celebration is semi-formal / cocktail. We invite our guests to dress in attire that reflects the elegance of the evening while remaining comfortable and stylish. Please reserve white for the Bride, no white, ivory, or cream please. For women, we encourage floor-length gowns or long formal dresses, as well as refined cocktail or tea-length dresses. Elegant jumpsuits are also appropriate. Long dresses and gowns will complement the overall aesthetic of our wedding beautifully. For men, a suit and tie or bow tie is preferred, though a dress shirt with slacks and a blazer is also suitable. Tuxedos and formal evening gowns are warmly welcomed but not required.

Is it okay to take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We have some fantastic news, there is no need at all! You will get to enjoy living in the moment with us. Our awesome photographer and her team will handle all photographs, being sure not to miss even a second.

Will food/non-alcoholic drinks be served?

Answer

We will be providing finger foods and a grazing table for everyone during cocktail hour, and a wood fire pizza buffet and caesar salad during the reception and of course, delicious cake! Water and tea will be available throughout the whole day.

What are the wedding colors?

All different shades of green, pink, cream, and burgundy, so please reserve these colors or our wedding party's attire.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

You know it! They will also have a tip jar set up.

Where can I view the registry and send my wedding gift?

Answer

You can find links to all of our gifts in the Registry tab on our website. We will also have a card box displayed at our wedding.
