Hawthorne Motel

Hawthorne is directly next door to Chatham Bars Inn- under a 10 minute walk from the Main Inn. They have 28 rooms in total and held 6 for us until April 1st, 2025. All 6 of those have been booked; guests can continue to book until the property is full, but nothing additional can be held for our party. We recommend calling them directly, as booking through third-party websites can increase rates by ~$60. Mention the Segel-Epstein wedding. Expect rates to be $245 (non-ocean view) -$275 (ocean view) + tax.

Pleasant Bay Village Resort

Pleasant Bay Village is a 10 minute drive from Chatham Bars Inn (not walkable). They have 58 total rooms, and will hold between 10-20 rooms for us. When booking online enter “Segel/Epstein Wedding” in the Notes/Requests section. Since Pleasant Bay is closed from October 30th to April 17th, if you to call by phone, expect a return to your voicemail within ~24 hours. Standard room rates will range from $195 - $305. One and Two Bedroom Cottage Suites will also be available with rates ranging from $375 - $475 per night, excluding tax. A 2-night minimum is required.

Chatham Airbnbs

Cape Cod and particularly Chatham have tons of great Airbnb options. These tend to be more affordable than hotels, especially in the off season. Contact Lainey or Joey if you have any questions on locations, etc. We have a running list of Airbnbs that are close by!

Train

Amtrak to Providence

If you are based in New York and prefer not to drive (we see you NYC kids without licenses), you can easily take the train from New York to Providence. Again, we recommend scheduling an Uber from Providence train station for your final leg to Chatham.
