Mountain Cocktail Attire. We recommend cocktail-style attire with a mountain-friendly twist. Think romantic dresses, elegant jumpsuits, or dressy separates for women, and suits or sport coats for men. Neutral and earth-toned colors photograph beautifully against the mountain backdrop. Cowboy boots and Western-inspired accessories are welcome if they feel like you. Evening temperatures can be cool, so we encourage layers.
Yes! Children are welcome and we’re excited to celebrate with families. To help us plan accordingly, please be sure to RSVP for each guest attending, including children, as space and seating are limited.
Estes Park is located about 75–80 miles from Denver International Airport (DIA) and is approximately a 1.5–2 hour drive, depending on traffic and weather. The drive is very scenic but does include mountain roads. Guests have a few travel options: Renting a car at DIA is the most flexible option and allows you to easily explore Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park during your stay. If you prefer not to drive, there is a scheduled Estes Park Shuttle that runs between DIA and Estes Park multiple times daily. Advance reservations are strongly recommended. Rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) are available but can be limited and costly for the full airport-to-mountain trip. If mountain driving makes you nervous, the shuttle is a great stress-free alternative. We recommend allowing extra travel time and planning ahead, especially during peak travel seasons.
The ceremony will be primarily indoors. Following the ceremony, guests are welcome to enjoy outdoor fire pits with a beautiful mountain backdrop. Evening temperatures in Estes Park can be cool, so we recommend bringing layers if you’d like to step outside and enjoy the fresh mountain air.
Formal invitations will be sent following our Save the Dates. We kindly ask that guests RSVP by April 17. If you’re able to let us know sooner, that is always appreciated and very helpful as we plan!
