Formal attire. We recommend suits or tuxes for men, and gowns or formal cocktail dresses for women.
There are several options for our guests. Please look at the travel section of this website for hotel and travel information! Please keep in mind the hotel blocks must be booked by May 15th for Sheraton, and May 19th for Hilton Garden Inn & Hampton Inn. There are also other hotels in the area (for example, MGM), and limited Airbnb options nearby if you prefer.
For guests staying at our hotel blocks, we will have shuttle transportation to and from the venue. Please see the "Weekend Schedule/Shuttle" page of our website for the complete shuttle schedule. Uber/Lyft are also available in the area, though availability can vary.
Yes. The Starting Gate offers complimentary valet parking for guests and is considered a non‑tipping facility. Guests may also self‑park in the large lot free of charge. Please note that upon return, self-parking involves a short walk up a small hill, so valet parking is recommended.
The ceremony will be held outdoors in the Wedding Garden. Just steps away, cocktail hour will be on the Sunset Deck, a four‑season, air‑conditioned deck with floor‑to‑ceiling doors that can open to a small terrace, weather permitting. The reception will take place in the adjacent ballroom, which is fully indoors and air‑conditioned.
Yes. Please let us know about any food allergies or dietary restrictions. There will be a section on the RSVP where you can list them.
Please plan to arrive around 4:45 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM.
