Welcome Party

5:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Country Club Casual: Dressy casual—think sundresses, skirts, jumpsuits, or collared shirts with slacks/chinos. Jackets optional. Comfortable shoes recommended (outdoor areas on the property).

Kick off the wedding weekend with drinks, bites, and hellos at the lodge, country club style. All guests are welcome. Dinner buffet and drinks provided. Parking note: The lodge lot fits about 20 cars. Overflow parking is available in the main GreatHorse lot, with rides to the New Lodge as needed.

Wedding Guest Transportation Service to All Hotels: Shuttle pickup times are approximate and include extra buffer for traffic and a smooth arrival before the ceremony. 2:45 PM–3:00 PM: Sheraton Springfield Monarch Place Hotel 3:15 PM–3:30 PM: Hilton Garden Inn Springfield 3:45 PM–4:00 PM: Hampton Inn Springfield South Enfield Estimated arrival at The Starting Gate at GreatHorse: 4:45 PM We will provide two shuttles back to the hotels: Early departure: 10:00 PM Second departure: 11:30 PM Shuttle RSVP is not required, but it is helpful so we can estimate the number of guests needing transportation.
