As of right now, we're proceeding as if we will be able to get married in September. We will keep you posted if things change. PS: If necessary and/or possible, masks will be required and social distancing will be implemented to make sure everyone is safe during our special day.

Will you be streaming the wedding?

Answer

YES! For those who can't attend or don't feel comfortable attending due to Covid-19, we will be streaming the wedding for those to see. We have set up a virtual event on this website through Zoom. Just click on the schedule page and scroll down to the Virtual Wedding Ceremony section and click on the link. It will prompt you to download Zoom if you haven't already. Please make sure to mute yourself when you join! Dress attire is casual (this only matters if you keep your video up before joining). Also, please keep in mind that we can only host 100 people (shouldn't be an issue) and only for 40 minutes because we have the basic plan (this may change).

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding is a 1920s themed event. If you would like to dress up and participate, please feel free! Otherwise, please dress semi-formal (cocktail dresses and suits). If you want to dress to the nines in your best 1920's fashion, please check out Unique Vintage and Retro Stage. These are great websites for everything flapper! Edit: I was just informed of a place called Talk of the Town in Reading, OH that will let you rent real, vintage 1920's clothing. And if you like them, you can buy them!
