Do you really want my kids at the wedding?!

Answer

Yes! We absolutely want to celebrate with you and your whole family! There will be lots of fun activities for kids at the reception and they are wanted at the ceremony (even if they start crying part way through!)

What will we do during the reception?

Answer

The camp has sand volleyball, GaGa ball, swings, a basketball court, human fooseball, catch & release fishing (bring your own poles), and hiking trails. There will be food and beverages available as well as good conversations and sappy love songs playing.

But... what if it rains?!

Answer

Have no fear, we have a rainy-day back up plan! There is a lodge on site that can accommodate our reception and/or ceremony if needed. We're praying for good weather as we'd much prefer to be able have everything outdoors, but there is a contingency plan!

Will there be any alcohol at the wedding?

Answer

Alcohol is not permitted on property of Camp Scottie; there will be no alcohol at the reception or ceremony.

Are pets allowed at camp?

Answer

Much to Juniper's (Jessica's pup) chagrin, pets are not allowed on the property. Please leave all pets at home.

Which items are you most hoping for from your registries?

Answer

While we are excited about all of the items on our registries (we did choose to put them on there!), Derek's top picks are: the Metal Firepit, the 4-Tool Combo Kit, Sagrada board game, and cash to purchase CutCo knives (an item we couldn't list); Jessica's are: the Ninja Mega System, the huge throw pillows, the sleeping bags, and any of the storage bins!
