Sunset Cliffs
With its rugged coastline and panoramic views, this area is popular with surfers, ocean-gazers, and folks who like to cruise Sunset Cliffs Boulevard. The Sunset Cliffs area is a long stretch of coastline that has sheer cliffs that drop straight to the ocean below. This is one of our favorite places to pack a picnic and watch the sunset!
Seaport Village
Seaport Village, awash in coastal breezes and views of Coronado Bridge. It is a spanish-style, open-air village on San Diego's waterfront with fun shops and restaurants. We love to spend time walking around this eclectic area.
La Jolla Cove
La Jolla Cove is a small deep water bay, flanked by sea caves accessible to adventurers in kayaks and on foot, depending on the tides. This is one of our favorite places to watch Sea Lions! On most days you can find them jumping through the surf, sunning on their favorite rocks or lounging on the sand in the Cove.
Little Italy
Little Italy is a charming historic neighborhood in San Diego that is known for its excellent restaurants, lively atmosphere, and rich cultural heritage. Get delicious ice cream at Salt & Straw or visit the Little Italy Food Hall to pick from locally driven food stations.
